Do you ship internationally?

We do! For international orders, you will be responsible for all shipping and customs fees that may be applicable to your country.

Can I get notified for the next batch?

Of course! We value our email subscribers, and will notify them first whenever a new drop is about to happen. If you want to stay up to date, feel free to sign up for our email newsletter at the bottom of our website.

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns. Our products are hand built - once a pre-order is made, an order is made for the parts required to complete it.

How do I get an issue fixed?

Feel free to get in touch with us about any issues on your order using the ‘Customer Service’ option in our website navigation. We will get to your inquiry as soon as we can.

Can I pickup my order in person?

We do not offer in person pickup for residents of Los Angeles. If there’s in stock inventory at one of our retail partners, you can call in to see if they can hold a chroma.works product for you.

How do I update my shipping address?

Need to update your shipping address? Please feel free to submit a ticket in our ‘Customer Service’ page. Select ‘Shipping Address’ in the online form. We will get to your inquiry as soon as we can.
